Booking Fees
To secure your booking, a 50% booking fee is required within 24 hours of confirming the reservation. All bookings must be settled in full 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
All booking fees made are non-refundable; however they are transferable to another person or moveable to another available date.
Please note an additional fee will be charged if you request to postpone your trip within 30 days prior to arrival. If you choose to postpone your trip to the following year and there is a price difference in the program you will have to pay the additional amount of the increased price for the year you are postponing to.
Insurance
Insurance: We require that all guests/students have sufficient travel and medical insurance to cover injury, medical costs, emergency evacuation, repatriation, loss or damage to personal belongings and cancellation.
