Wildlife Adventure Africa – Game Drive Terms & Conditions

By making a booking with Wildlife Adventure Africa (PTY) LTD, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking & Payment
   Full payment is required to confirm your booking. Bookings are only secured once payment has been successfully received.
2. Minimum Guests Requirement
   A minimum of 4 guests is required for a safari to proceed. In the unlikely event that the minimum number of guests is not met, Wildlife Adventure Africa reserves the right to reschedule the booking or offer an alternative date.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
   No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled safari.
   Bookings may be postponed to a future date (subject to availability).
   No-shows will not be refunded under any circumstances.
4. Arrival Time
   Guests are required to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to departure. Late arrivals may result in forfeiture of the booking without refund.
5. No Guarantee of Wildlife Sightings
   Wildlife sightings are not guaranteed. All experiences are dependent on nature, weather conditions, and animal movement.
6. Waiver Requirement
   All guests are required to complete and sign an indemnity waiver prior to arrival. Failure to complete the waiver may result in cancellation of participation without refund.
7. Health & Safety
   Guests participate at their own risk. By booking, you confirm that you are physically and medically fit to participate in the activity.
   All safety instructions given by guides must be followed at all times.
8. Behaviour & Conduct
   Guests must behave responsibly at all times.
   Failure to follow guide instructions, unsafe behaviour, or misconduct may result in removal from the activity without refund.
9. Weather & Operational Conditions
   Wildlife Adventure Africa reserves the right to cancel, delay, or reschedule any activity due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or operational requirements.
10. Personal Belongings
    Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Wildlife Adventure Africa is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage.
11. Insurance
    Guests are responsible for their own travel and medical insurance. Adequate insurance cover is strongly recommended.
12. Media Consent
    By participating, you grant permission for photos and videos taken during the activity to be used for marketing purposes, unless otherwise requested in writing.
13. Liability
    Wildlife Adventure Africa (PTY) LTD, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, loss, damage, or death arising from participation in the activity, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
14. Governing Law
    These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
