All Terms & Conditions, whether general or specific, shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of South Africa. The Courts of South Africa shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising between the client and Wildlife Adventure Africa.
- All payments to Wildlife Adventure Africa must be made at the specified rates or as agreed upon in writing.
- All reservations must be paid for in advance (pre-payment basis).
- Wildlife Adventure Africa shall not be held liable for any damage to or loss of property, or for any personal injury suffered by students or guests. This includes injuries or losses caused by the negligence of Wildlife Adventure Africa, its employees, agents, or third parties.
- By booking, the client indemnifies Wildlife Adventure Africa, including its directors, staff, and agents, against any claims related to personal injury, loss, or damage.
- Guests are responsible for settling any additional charges (e.g., telephone calls, beverages, bar bills) prior to departure. Payments may be made in South African Rands, US Dollars, or Euros. Card payment facilities are available.
- To secure a booking, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required within 24 hours of confirming availability. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days prior to the arrival date.
Cancellations & Refunds:
- All booking fees are non-refundable, but bookings may be transferred to another person or moved to an alternative available date.
- A $500 postponement fee will apply if you request to postpone your trip within 30 days of your scheduled arrival.
- If you choose to postpone to a different calendar year and there is a price increase for the program, you will be required to pay the price difference in addition to the postponement fee.
